Refund Policy

we will try our best to provide direct facilities to the farmers at gram Panchayat level by appointing farmer facilitator (i.e kisan seva krishi bhandar).

In case any farmer facilitator wants to terminate his contract, he will be return the goods which the expiry date of should at least 6 months and liable to pay 30 % Cancellation charges on the goods return by him

In case any farmer facilities want to terminate his contract, we Provide refund of a security deposit received from him during entering contract within period of 10 to 15 working days.

No refund have been processed if farmer facilitator has not been given a 3 month prior written notice to us before terminate the contract.
